We guarantee that you will receive your Captive Bred Fish alive and healthy! In the unfortunate case that a specimen arrives expired or DOA, please submit a claim form with the necessary information and within the 12 hour stated timeframe. Should the specimen expire from natural, non-preventable causes within 7 days of receipt, please submit a claim form with the necessary information and within the 7 day timeframe. We will review the claim and upon approval, we will credit your account with podpoints.
We guarantee that you will receive your Invertebrates alive and healthy! In the unfortunate case that a specimen arrives expired or DOA, please submit a claim form with the necessary information and within the 12 hour stated timeframe. We guarantee that you will receive your new aquarium in good condition! In the unfortunate case of a damaged aquarium, it MUST be reported as damaged on the freight delivery receipt and a claim must be submitted to AlgaeBarn within 12 hours. Time is of the essence to hold the freight company liable. By signing the freight company's delivery receipt without checking the damaged box or noting damages, you are AFFIRMING that the aquarium was delivered in good condition and without damage. This action legally releases the freight company from paying any damages they may have caused.

That's why we guarantee every order we ship to be 100% Alive on Arrival or we will credit your account with podpoints for the entire products value! (we are unable to provide credit for shipping costs).
We guarantee every order of livestock to be 100% Alive on Arrival AND we offer a 7 day heath guarantee on all Inverts, Captive Bred Fish, and Aquacultured Corals! We will credit your account with podpoints (we are unable to provide credit for shipping costs). This guarantee includes any Coral, Fish, or Inverts. Your podpoints can then be used to repurchase your livestock again, or spend on anything else AlgaeBarn has to offer!
We can offer this industry leading guarantee on all of our live fish because Captive Bred fish are generally healthier and hardier than their wild-caught counterparts, so rest assured that your fish will arrive alive and in great health when you buy from AlgaeBarn
When your order arrives, be sure and inspect the contents to ensure everything is looking alive and well before you add them to your tank or put them in the fridge. We’ll give you **12 hours after delivery** to make sure you are completely satisfied.
If for any reason you decide something isn’t quite right with your products, simply snap a photo of the unopened item(s) you would like replaced. Be sure to get the expiration date on the back label in the photo. After that, visit our Claims center and submit the form. We’ll review the photo and respond during business hours with your replacement order all ready to be shipped out on our next scheduled shipping day (As shown in the Calendar here).
