This unique product contains whole cyclopoid copepods. Each piece ranges in size from 100-1000 microns. Owing to of a special process that pasteurizes the food in the can, Elos Fresco Food is packaged in a manner that retains its nutritional value. These canned copepods are much more convenient than frozen food in that they do not ever need to be thawed nor broken up. Moreover, they won’t leave that nasty, greasy fish food water residue. Left whole and in their natural state, these copepods are highly enticing for diverse aquarium fishes. This food can be used to train picky or newly imported/stressed specimens to eat prepared items.
